Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions and reconcile accounts during night shift hours
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for next-day executive review
- Manage month-end closing procedures including journal entries and accruals
- Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure seamless financial operations
- Conduct internal audits and compliance checks for regulatory adherence
- Generate customized financial reports for department heads
- Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Collaborate with day shift team for financial continuity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/SAP)
- CPA or CIA certification preferred
- Proven ability to work independently during night shift hours
