Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures with precision, including reconciliations and journal entries during overnight hours
- Manage complex multi-currency transactions and international subsidiary accounting across AP/AR cycles
- Analyze financial data using advanced Excel modeling and ERP systems to identify optimization opportunities
- Prepare regulatory compliance reports and tax documentation for Pacific Northwest operations
- Lead cross-departmental financial audits with remote teams across global time zones
- Maintain SOX compliance documentation and internal control frameworks
- Train junior staff on night-shift accounting protocols and digital ledger management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in public accounting or corporate finance with night shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems
- Certification in QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel modeling (VBA, Power Query)
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and international financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical skills with demonstrated experience in forensic accounting
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions with zero-error tolerance
