Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes with precision and timeliness
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities
- Prepare and submit tax documents, payroll reports, and regulatory filings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial audits and reviews
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP and industry standards
- Implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with night shift or flexible hours

- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling
