Responsibilities
- Perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
- Process and review journal entries for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Manage accounts payable and receivable during overnight shifts
- Collaborate with day-team finance staff for seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of accounting experience preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid Tennessee CPA license a plus
