- Process and reconcile high-volume financial transactions during night shift hours
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with zero tolerance for errors
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and maintain accurate ledgers
- Conduct internal audits to ensure SOX compliance and financial integrity
- Collaborate with day-team accountants for seamless financial handovers
- Implement process improvements for night-time accounting workflows
- Generate custom financial reports for executive decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in night shift roles
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Proven ability to manage complex reconciliations under tight deadlines
- Deep understanding of GAAP and Arizona state tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail with error rates below 0.1%
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial forecasting
