Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures and reconcile general ledger accounts nightly
- Process and analyze financial transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Generate comprehensive financial reports and statements for executive review
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles during overnight operations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Collaborate with auditors during overnight engagements
- Monitor cash flow positions and resolve discrepancies proactively
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and MS Excel
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in high-pressure environments
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international accounting standards
- Night shift availability with reliability and punctuality
