Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to create accurate forecasts, budgets, and variance reports
- Develop and maintain financial models for valuation, scenario planning, and investment analysis
- Prepare executive dashboards and KPI tracking for quarterly business reviews
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and financial integration support
- Streamline financial reporting processes using automation tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations in all deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience with technology or startup clients
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VBA and Power Query
- Expertise in financial modeling and valuation methodologies (DCF, comps, precedent)
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex data for non-financial stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
