Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation and journal entries for multi-entity accounts
- Analyze financial discrepancies and prepare detailed variance reports
- Process payroll transactions and ensure compliance with CA labor regulations
- Assist in month-end closing procedures with remote team coordination
- Maintain digital financial records using SAP and QuickBooks Enterprise
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly compliance reviews
- Generate automated financial reports for executive review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of night shift accounting experience in CA
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with VBA knowledge
- SAP and QuickBooks Enterprise certification
- Strong understanding of GAAP and CA tax regulations
- Experience with multi-state entity accounting
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with 99.9% reconciliation accuracy
