Responsibilities
- Perform daily/month-end bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
- Process payroll and ensure accurate tax withholding and remittance
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Conduct variance analysis and identify discrepancies in financial data
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
- Support external audit processes and provide required documentation
- Implement internal controls to safeguard financial assets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial inquiries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and macros
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax compliance regulations
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with multi-currency transactions preferred
