Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation of bank accounts and general ledger entries
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with 100% accuracy
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for executive review
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes during overnight shifts
- Assist with internal audits and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with international teams during off-hours for cross-border transactions
- Maintain organized financial records in compliance with GAAP standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Proven ability to meet deadlines during overnight shifts
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero tolerance for errors
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
