Responsibilities
- Process end-of-day reconciliations and prepare financial reports during night shift hours
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with strict attention to detail
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and federal/state regulations
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with day-team accountants for seamless workflow
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) for data entry and analysis
- Monitor financial transactions for discrepancies and anomalies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and Colorado tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- CPA or CPA candidacy preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data
