Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures including reconciliations and journal entries
- Process and analyze financial transactions during overnight hours
- Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports
- Assist with audits by providing documentation and supporting schedules
- Maintain fixed asset ledgers and depreciation schedules
- Collaborate with international teams on cross-border transactions
- Implement and improve internal controls for overnight processing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of general accounting experience
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (SAP/Oracle)
- Proven ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with month-end closing processes
- Ability to work flexible hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
