Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow reporting
- Conduct internal audits and variance analysis for financial accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and internal controls
- Support tax preparation and documentation processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of public or corporate accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in high-pressure environments
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid Texas CPA license required
