Responsibilities
- Perform month-end close procedures including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Analyze financial data to ensure GAAP compliance and regulatory adherence
- Prepare detailed financial statements and management reports
- Coordinate with international teams during overlapping business hours
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial processes
- Assist in audit preparation and documentation requests
- Monitor cash flow and treasury operations during night shift coverage
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of public or corporate accounting experience
- CPA or CPA candidacy preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (SAP, Oracle)
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international reporting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during non-standard hours
- Spanish language proficiency highly desirable
