Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures and reconcile GL accounts with precision
- Process payroll and ensure timely tax compliance for 200+ employees
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis for executive review
- Manage AP/AR cycles including vendor payments and client billing
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of public or corporate accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (VBA/macros)
- Proven night shift or remote accounting work history
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance expertise
