Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation of general ledger accounts and financial transactions
- Prepare and post journal entries with precision for month-end closes
- Generate comprehensive financial statements and management reports
- Monitor account balances and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with SOX regulations
- Collaborate with AP/AR teams to resolve payment issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of financial processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in general ledger accounting
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA
- Proven experience with month-end closing processes
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Experience with multinational financial reporting preferred
