Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with strict attention to detail and deadlines
- Conduct month-end and year-end closing procedures with accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations while maintaining internal controls
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Support audit processes and provide documentation as required
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience with night shift preference
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP expertise
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours
