- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
- Ensure SOX compliance and internal control adherence
- Collaborate with day-time teams for seamless workflow continuity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience in night shift or flexible hours
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
