Responsibilities
- Perform daily/monthly account reconciliations for general ledger accounts
- Process and review journal entries to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Prepare financial statements and management reports for executive review
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Monitor accounts receivable/payable cycles and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with auditors during financial examinations
- Maintain strict confidentiality of financial data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- CPA certification or active pursuit preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle a plus)
- Available to work 11 PM - 7 AM shift (Sun-Thu)
