We are looking for a self-starter who can ensure our financial records are accurate and up-to-date around the clock.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily account reconciliations and journal entry processing.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and variance reports.
- Assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual tax returns.
- Maintain accurate records for accounts payable and receivable.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure a seamless transition of financial data.
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and generally accepted accounting principles.
- Must be available to work a night shift schedule.
