Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy, coding, and approvals in a timely manner.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies efficiently.
- Manage the full-cycle AP workflow, including data entry and system maintenance.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments regarding billing inquiries.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of all financial transactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in data.
- Must be available to work the night shift (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
