Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Process month-end and year-end financial statements accurately
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Prepare detailed financial reports for executive leadership
- Coordinate with external auditors during overnight hours
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable operations
- Maintain confidential financial records securely
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience in a corporate setting
- CPA certification strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
