Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger entries
- Process accounts payable/receivable during night shift hours
- Prepare payroll records and tax documentation
- Conduct internal audits and compliance checks
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Maintain accurate financial databases in ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, SAP, and MS Excel
- Strong GAAP knowledge and tax compliance expertise
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM (Sunday-Thursday)
