What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Process and post nightly journal entries to the General Ledger (GL).
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions during the shift.
- Prepare and analyze nightly financial reports to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and audit trails.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance preferred.
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
