Responsibilities
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes during night shift hours
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and corporate transactions
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
- Support audit preparations and documentation requests
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience with night shift or alternative schedule background
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functionality
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
