Responsibilities
- Perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations and journal entries overnight
- Process accounts payable/receivable batches during off-peak hours
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Monitor transactional systems for anomalies during overnight operations
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones
- Maintain SOX compliance documentation for overnight processes
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis for leadership review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance + 3+ years experience
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Advanced Excel and QuickBooks proficiency
- Proven night shift/remote work experience
- Strong GAAP knowledge and reconciliation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
