Responsibilities
- Reconcile daily transactions and prepare month-end closing reports
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll cycles
- Analyze financial data using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
- Prepare financial statements and regulatory compliance documents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during handover periods
- Maintain accurate audit trails and internal controls
- Support special projects and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA a plus)
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proven proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Background check and drug screen required
