Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate ledgers.
- Process invoices and expense reports in our accounting software.
- Support the finance team with data entry and filing.
- Prepare basic financial reports and monthly summaries.
- Assist with year-end audit preparations and document organization.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting is preferred.
- No prior professional accounting experience required; we value potential over experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
