Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including processing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized financial records.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements on a monthly basis.
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist in the month-end close process.
- Support the Senior Accountant with general ledger maintenance and auditing tasks.
- Filing, scanning, and organizing financial documents and tax records.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn new accounting software and principles quickly.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
