Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Accountant with daily bookkeeping operations and data entry.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare basic financial reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial records.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audits.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (will provide training).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
