Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Support tax filing and compliance documentation
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Collaborate with senior accountants on client projects
- Learn and implement QuickBooks and accounting software
- Participate in internal audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Ability to learn accounting software quickly
