Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and posting of monthly journal entries and reconciliations.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and verify expense reports.
- Support the Finance Director with ad-hoc reporting and data analysis.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in our ERP system.
- Process accounts payable and receivable invoices efficiently.
- Assist with year-end audit preparation and statutory reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 A-Levels or equivalent qualification in Mathematics or Business.
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros are a plus).
- Willingness to study for professional accounting qualifications (AAT/ACCA).
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
