Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Maintain and update the general ledger system.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist with tax preparation documentation and filings.
- Perform general clerical accounting tasks, including filing and data entry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience or relevant internship completed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
