Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and general ledger journal entries.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and credit card statement reviews.
- Process accounts payable invoices and manage accounts receivable collections.
- Support the annual audit process by gathering and organizing documentation.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) to maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience or a recent graduate with internship experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and charts).
- Familiarity with GAAP and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
