Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform daily account reconciliations for bank accounts and credit cards.
- Support the month-end and year-end close process with timely data entry.
- Review and verify invoices, expenses, and journal entries for accuracy.
- Maintain and organize financial files and records in compliance with internal policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (0-2 years of experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP) and general ledger functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage).
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
