Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely billing and payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger records.
- Support the internal audit process by gathering and analyzing financial data.
- Prepare and file state and federal tax returns under supervision.
- Process expense reports and assist in budget preparation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in accounting or a recent graduate with an internship.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Basic knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
