Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for diverse client portfolio using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage tax filings, garnishments, and 401(k) deductions across 12 states
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies with precision
- Collaborate with HR on new hires, terminations, and compensation changes
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and client stakeholders
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee data
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent expertise
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, ACA, and GA state labor laws
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines without errors
