Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll accurately and on schedule using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, tax filings, and year-end reconciliations
- Collaborate with HR on new hires, terminations, and benefit deductions
- Conduct payroll audits and maintain compliance with federal/state regulations
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries with exceptional customer service
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and external audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with ADP systems
- Proficient in multi-state tax compliance (OH, MI, PA)
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
