Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and cash flow projections for commercial borrowers
- Prepare detailed credit memos and risk assessment reports
- Monitor existing loan portfolios and identify early warning signs
- Collaborate with relationship managers on credit structuring
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Present findings to credit committees and executive leadership
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Expertise in financial modeling and ratio analysis
- Strong understanding of SBA lending requirements
- Credit certification (CRCM/CCE) highly desirable
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and credit software platforms
- Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills
