Responsibilities
- Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees across multiple states
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings (federal, state, local)
- Maintain accurate employee records in ADP Workforce Now
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies with employees
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, ACA, and state labor regulations
- Prepare quarterly and annual payroll reports for auditors
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Assist with year-end W-2 distribution and 1099 processing
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience (multi-state preferred)
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent ERP experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Strong understanding of federal/state payroll tax regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines in high-volume environment
- Experience with garnishment processing and compliance
