Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support executive decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models to project future performance and assess the impact of potential business scenarios.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and sales, to optimize resource allocation and improve profitability.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for board meetings and external audits.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
