Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models for M&A valuation, capital budgeting, and forecasting
- Analyze market trends and economic indicators to inform strategic recommendations
- Prepare executive-level presentations for C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing financial optimization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and GAAP standards
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment banking
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI
- Demonstrated expertise in valuation modeling (DCF, LBO, comparables)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive presence
