Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and credit data to assess borrower risk profiles
- Prepare comprehensive credit reports with actionable recommendations for lending decisions
- Monitor existing portfolios and identify potential risks through regular financial reviews
- Collaborate with commercial lenders to structure optimal credit solutions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal credit policies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Contribute to process improvements for credit analysis workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
- Deep understanding of cash flow analysis and debt structures
- Solid knowledge of banking regulations (FIRREA, BSA, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Credit certification (CRCM or equivalent) preferred
