Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain strict compliance with security protocols
- Provide personalized financial guidance and cross-sell bank products/services
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining professional demeanor
- Operate banking equipment including cash dispensers, scanners, and core systems
- Contribute to branch security measures and anti-fraud initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
