Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax regulations and FLSA requirements
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and union payroll processing
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies with 99.9% accuracy
- Generate payroll reports for finance and HR leadership teams
- Coordinate year-end tax filings (W-2s, 1099s) and audits
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- ADP Workforce Now certification strongly preferred
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, IRS, and AZ state labor laws
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven problem-solving skills with audit experience
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and manage sensitive data
