Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, tax filings, and year-end reconciliations
- Administer benefits enrollment and deductions
- Conduct payroll audits and compliance checks
- Collaborate with HR on timekeeping systems
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries
- Prepare payroll reports for executive review
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience
- ADP certification or equivalent
- Familiarity with Arizona labor laws
- Proficiency in Excel and payroll software
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
- Multi-state payroll handling experience
