Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll accurately and on time using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, tax filings, and year-end reconciliations
- Resolve payroll discrepancies through root cause analysis
- Collaborate with HR on benefits deductions and new hires
- Maintain compliance with federal/state labor laws
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and auditors
- Support system upgrades and process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state knowledge
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar HCM systems
- CPP or FPC certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in FLSA, DOL, and state wage/hour regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Proven problem-solving with audit preparation experience
- Excellent communication and deadline management abilities
