Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance across 15 states
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours
- Prepare quarterly tax filings and year-end W-2/1099 statements
- Implement payroll process improvements using SAP SuccessFactors
- Train HR staff on payroll policies and system updates
- Conduct audits to ensure SOX compliance and data accuracy
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification (or equivalent SAP SuccessFactors)
- Expert knowledge of multi-state tax regulations and garnishment laws
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience with payroll audits and compliance (SOX/ERISA)
- Ability to manage high-volume deadlines with 100% accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
