Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax regulations and FLSA requirements
- Manage time and attendance data integration with HRIS systems
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare monthly/year-end reports
- Respond to payroll inquiries with confidentiality and professionalism
- Coordinate benefits deductions and garnishment processing
- Conduct internal payroll audits and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of US payroll processing experience
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll software proficiency
- Deep knowledge of multi-state tax regulations and garnishment laws
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- PHR or CPP certification preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
