Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish wages for tax levies, child support, and deductions
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, IRS, and Texas labor laws
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare quarterly tax filings
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within 24 hours
- Manage year-end processes including W-2 distribution and 1099 reporting
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and new hire onboarding
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, FICA, and Texas payroll regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Proven ability to meet strict payroll deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Professional payroll certification (CPP/FPC) a plus
